We expect to start laying 31 KM of highway wearing course. This layer is 40 mm thick and the actual asphalt will contain Latex “rubberized solution”.
The road marking scope of work is enclosed for your study. The road marking should be very accurate and in absolutely straight lines and curved lines both in white colour are well as in yellow colour.
Our company wishes to start its own division of road marking and for the captioned project we would require that you quote for deputing your technicians and operators to train our people for the first 8 weeks.
You may select the suitable machines as manufactured by you for use on the project as well as the required quantity of paint.
According to details of the project. Here is two configuration for reference.
Configuration A: No-automatic Marking, low cost, economic
DY-HPT-I (Hand Push Type, Non-automatic Marking) + DY-VHDP-I (Paint Heater)
Configuration B: Automatic Marking for 3line, higher cost
DY-STM-I (Driving Type, Automatic Marking) + DY-VHDP-I (Paint Heater)

We are considering the following for the establishment of a section within our company's Road Construction Division to carry out the entire road marking requirements on the roads projects that we are executing for the Ministry of Works, Kingdom of Bahrain.
Currently we have a large requirement for Road Marking. Please note that before we can actually carry out application for road marking an approval from the Ministry of Works would be required. The required approval can be obtained once we demonstrate successfully that our trained operators by your technician can apply the road marking in a professional manner and in accordance with the project specification.
In our opinion we will require both non automatic as well as the automation marking for 3 line. This is because on the projects which are relatively small and are located inside the city we will use the non automatic hand pushed.
